Why We Built This Site
Tennessee permits public access to many court records, but access begins with identifying the right custodian. In White County, the Circuit Court Clerk maintains records and minutes for Circuit, Criminal, and General Sessions matters. Chancery records follow the separate Clerk and Master route. Juvenile and Sparta City Court records also require their own offices and may carry added access limits. The Tennessee Public Court Records System provides a useful case index, yet its terms say it is not the official court record. This site organizes the verified contacts, public search options, and request paths without treating those distinct systems as interchangeable.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site, with no connection to a Tennessee court, clerk, or government agency. Its role is limited:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
